A. Clean 3×2 @85% (of 1RM Clean)
B. Front Squat – Work up to 80% for a single, then drop weight by 20-25# for 2×2
4 Rounds: C1. 5 DB Box Jumps; Rest 90sec C2. 5 Seated Box Jumps; Rest 90sec
2 Rounds: D1. 8 (4/leg) Single Leg Split Squats; Rest 60sec D2. 10 Glute Ham Raise

-Target increased from last week: 5-10# B and 5# on C1
