We’ve all started somewhere, and that somewhere is the CrossFit Basics: 101 class.
All new members, regardless of fitness level or athletic background, must attend our “101″ class. CrossFit Basics: 101 is designed to help build confidence — athletes will learn CrossFit’s basic nine foundational movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow gym members, learn how to be safe in the gym and become comfortable with our sometimes crazy CrossFit terminology.
We’ll also explain why CrossFit is known as the “Sport of Fitness”, and the importance behind “Intensity”. Upon completion of 101 (although we encourage you to stay as long as you like) you’ll have the basic tools and understanding of the CrossFit program and be on your way to experiencing all of the other classes CrossFit 312 has to offer.
