Our Classes


We believe CrossFit should be fun and challenging which is why our programming is broad, general and inclusive — so that everyone and anyone can participate, get healthy and build strength. Our CrossFit classes are designed to be scalable, making it the perfect fit regardless of experience.

Each of these classes will feature a Workout of the Day (WODs), which can be scaled and modified to each athlete’s individual capabilities and performed at the highest intensity that the athlete can sustain with good form and proper technique (Yes, we didn’t forget about safety!). This programming is designed to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains while improving CrossFit’s 10 general skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.
