31 (as of today!)


In general, what is your background?
I was born and raised in Iowa but since high school I’ve lived in 7 cities and visited 31 countries (and counting). I may need to learn how to settle down.

How long have you been a member at our gym, how did you learn about CF and why did you start?
I’ve been a member for 3 years and got into crossfit when I was looking for something challenging but also with a sense of community that I could be a part of anywhere in the world. Though 312 will always be home.

How has being a member at 312 changed your life/lifestyle/level of fitness?
Just generally believing I’m a strong person and being able to transfer that to other parts of my life

Short term goals (gym and/or personal):
Any form of a muscle up – I will come back for you 17.2

Long term goals (gym and/or personal):
Being healthy in my 30s

What do you like most about being a member at 312?
The people! I think almost everyone will say this but it’s so true. The owners, coaches and members are so passionate about making 312 the most welcoming space.

Fav = Cleans

What are a few of your most notable achievements?
Having degrees in Mechanical Engineering

I’m passionate about:
Encouraging girls to pursue science and engineering

Fun fact that we don’t know about you:
I spent 10 years studying Indian classical dance, as well as many years choreographing the hottest Bollywood dance numbers.
