Teams of two will complete 4 rounds each (total of 8 rounds per team) of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Hang Cleans (115/75)
15 Push-ups
*While one partner works through the round, the other must hold a plank, if plank is broken other partner must stop working, rest as needed throughout this triplet.
