5 Sychro Bar Facing Burpee
10 Hang Squat Clean (115/85)
5 Sychro Bar Facing Burpee
*Alternate rounds but do all Sychro burpees together. (athlete 1 pullups then burpees together, athlete 1 cleans, then burpees together. Athlete 2 pullups, then burpees together and so on
