We believe CrossFit should be fun and challenging — it’s about bringing people together and building a supportive community. At CrossFit 312 you’ll find experienced coaches, a variety of classes to suit your needs and most importantly, a welcoming set of CrossFitters here to cheer you on as you explore what all group training should be like.

Try it for yourself, for free:

1. Sign up for an introductory class.

We host a free twice a month, one-hour introductory class to help you learn more about CrossFit, see our facility, meet our coaches and determine if this is the right fit for you.

2. Try one month of membership without a contract for $100.

We know 12 months can be a long commitment, so try our gym for just one month without a long-term contract. The introductory courses focus on CrossFit standards and teach you all of the specific skills you need to know to be successful.

We also offer a one-on-one, private CrossFit Basics 101 training, 8 sessions for $250.

3. Sign up for a long-term contract.

Now that you’ve got the basics down, sign up for an annual or month-to-month contract and get ready to be stronger, faster and healthier.
