In general, what is your background?
I was born in Mississauga, Canada. Moved to Florida when I was about 5 and grew up in West Palm Beach. I went to college at the University of Miami and lived in Miami afterwards (except for a brief stint in Chicago between 2011-2012) before finally moving up here permanently in May 2015.

How long have you been a member at our gym, how did you learn about CF and why did you start?
I was originally a member in 2012 before moving back to Florida then rejoined in October 2015. I first learned about CrossFit senior year of college when I lived next door to Peak360, a popular gym in Miami home to several games athletes and the hosts of Wodapolooza, but didn’t start till after graduating.

How has being a member at 312 changed your life/lifestyle/level of fitness?
Fitness and an overall sense of healthiness and well-being have always been important to me. Being at 312 reinforces that and gives me an opportunity to push myself against great athletes on a daily basis.
