How long have you been a member at our gym, how did you learn about CF and why did you start?
I started in February of this year, I had done crossfit in the past and was coming off of a knee injury and wanted to get back into it quickly. I started CF a few years ago when I was bored the the regular gym and wanted to try something challenging and different

How has being a member at 312 changed your life/lifestyle/level of fitness?
312 is a whole new level of fitness, I can still remember my first work out there, I thought I was going to kill it and was the last one to finish. I look forward to the workouts and try to eat well to get the most out of my workout.

The people for sure. I have never been around such a motivating group. The coaching staff is great and the workouts are so much harder than any place else.

I’m passionate about:
Helping people, I know it sounds cheesy but I try and make someone’s life a little better everyday

Fun fact that we don’t know about you:
